How to check account readiness before a skin trade
Check restrictions and delivery arrangements before interpreting an offer as ready to receive.

Step 1
Review Steam’s current account and trading notices. Its official restrictions page explains several causes of restricted trading; the applicable account state should be checked directly rather than guessed from a marketplace badge.
Step 2
Separate seller availability, delivery time and Steam protection status. A provider’s tradable label alone does not confirm the customer’s account can complete the intended transaction.
Step 3
Keep support contact and order reference accessible. GG-skins is currently sandbox-only, so this checklist is preparation rather than a promise of live fulfillment. Do not treat a successful test payment as purchase or delivery of a skin.
Put it into practice
Choose two candidates. Record what is supplied, what you checked directly, and what remains unavailable. Keep their listing links and observation time. Use your notes to explain why one option fits your preference; leave unsupported claims out.
