How to compare two skins with the same wear
A shared exterior label is a starting point, not a complete description of the item.

Step 1
Keep the full finish name, exterior and variant together. Comparing a standard listing with a StatTrak or Souvenir listing can change what the comparison means.
Step 2
Read each supplied float rather than treating the exterior label as an exact number. Leave unavailable values blank. A smaller float alone does not prove a better-looking pattern or a fairer price.
Step 3
Make a two-column note: preferred appearance and remaining uncertainty. Inspect each item through its supported listing link when possible. Catalog images cannot resolve the differences between individual items.
Put it into practice
Choose two candidates. Record what is supplied, what you checked directly, and what remains unavailable. Keep their listing links and observation time. Use your notes to explain why one option fits your preference; leave unsupported claims out.
